Joint Ventures in Poland
The partners of the firm have written the only English language book on Polish joint ventures: it is entitled JOINT VENTURES IN POLAND – A LEGAL GUIDE. The book is published by CH Beck and is available at legal bookshops or from the publishers (www.beck.pl).
The Book contains ten chapters dealing with the various aspects of joint ventures in Poland and provides draft agreements and articles, and precedent clauses, together with a checklist.
The firm publishes a newsletter twice a year dealing with legal issues of interest to investors in the Polish economy. Copies can be found on this website – see below.
